Excursion details

Cruise on one of Santorini’s most luxurious catamarans, the spacious Lagoon 560 or the even larger Ipanema 58. Practically 17 and 18 metres in length respectively, these are very noticeable sizes for this type of vessel. A cruise is made for a special occasion, but on our island every day, and even more so every evening, is already special!

Both of these catamarans offer the ultimate in comfort and enjoyment at sea. Each is a combination of innovation and design, with a comfortable and spacious interior and exterior space. Each catamaran can easily accommodate up to 20 people on board.

What awaits you after leaving the seaport? A large circular route around the caldera of our volcano. In five hours, you’ll be able to see all the main attractions from the sea:

  • Caldera of Santorini;
  • Hot springs;
  • Aspronisi island;
  • Indian face Rock;
  • Ancient lighthouse;
  • Akrotiri peninsula;
  • Red beach;
  • White beach;
  • Sunset at sea – on an evening cruise.

There are three stops planned during the boat trip: you can swim in the open sea and hot springs, or swim to one of our volcanic beaches, or watch them from the deck of a catamaran – the choice is yours. One of the stops is planned at the thermal springs, the other two are opposite the Red and White beaches.

Both morning and evening cruises start at the same seaport, the small port of Ammoudi (Amoudi) near the village of Oia. Both cruises will visit all the most interesting sights and will return to the same place – the harbour of Ammoudi, which is just a short walk away from the most luxurious hotels in Oia. The cruise will be of particular interest to you if you are staying in hotels in Oia – everything is very close, you won’t have to leave the town! If not, there are organised transfers to and from the catamarans from all Santorini hotels.

The day cruise includes lunch and the evening cruise includes dinner on board at sunset on the open sea. Both the afternoon and evening menus include barbecue, seafood, Greek specialities and an open bar with soft drinks and Santorini wine.

Highlights of the morning cruise: sunbathing under the Greek sky, swimming in the sea, views, views and… more views! And a delicious lunch on board!

Sunset cruise highlights: Caldera sightseeing, dinner and the chance to watch the legendary Santorini sunset – all on the open sea. No crowds, nothing extra – just being surrounded by the colours of the sunset and the sound of the sea.

Important details

Please read Cancellation and Refund policy.

In case there are less than 24 hours left before the trip, please book only after agreeing with the manager on availability.

Before going to sea, it is necessary to issue some special documents (forms with information regarding route, crew and all passengers). To do this, we need the full name (as in the passport), gender, age and citizenship of all participants. If you already have this information, you can write it in the comments field when placing an order.

You will receive your tickets by email or WhatsApp – whichever is more convenient for you.

Please keep all documents and tickets until the end of the trip!

It depends on the location of your hotel or villa. Some cities of Santorini are famous for their narrow streets, which are not so easy to walk even on foot. So in some cases you will need to walk to the main road, some nearest square or parking place, where a car or a tour bus can pick you up. If your hotel has good road access, then the transfer will be able to pick you up directly from the hotel.

After placing an order, you will receive detailed information about the place and time of the meeting, as well as all the necessary documents. Please read them carefully beforehand.

Santorini has a lot of sun and almost no shade during the summer. You will definitely need some sun protection: sunscreen, glasses, hat and so on. If there is a possibility of motion sickness in transport, then we recommend taking the appropriate pills. Take your swimwear and towels (if you plan to swim). You are required to have the original or copy/photo of your passport or ID card with you.

No, you will spend the whole day on board and swimming around.

There are no limitations. It is desirable to be able to swim 🙂

The morning tour starts at 10:30, so you will be able to have breakfast in your hotel.

Lunch is planned on the catamaran and is included in the cost of the morning trip.

If you choose the evening option, dinner is planned on board and included in the price of the sunset catamaran trip.

The team will cook you a barbecue and the menu will include Greek salad, chicken fillets, pork chops, prawns, roasted vegetables, dolma, vegetarian dishes. Of course, water and soft drinks in unlimited quantities, as well as white Santorinian white wine.

Yes, English speaking staff will tell you about the places you will visit along the way.

This is not a historical tour, so there will be no extensive material or in-depth presentation of information. It’s more like a sea trip on a catamaran to admire the views and the sunset.

The main language of the tour is English.
