Refunds and Cancellations for Santorini Tours


You, as our Customer, have the right to cancel the excursion or car transfer no later than 24 hours before the start of the trip and with a refund of 70% of the full cost.

You have the right to reschedule the excursion or car transfer to another day not later than 24 hours before the trip.

You have the right to change the chosen excursion to another of equal or higher value, no later than 24 hours before the start of the excursion (with an extra payment on the website or in cash to the guide on the day of the excursion).

Our agency reserves the right in the case of force majeure (adverse weather conditions, disasters, social unrest, strikes, terrorist attacks, etc.) to make changes in the route and schedule of excursions, to reschedule them for another day or cancel their implementation. In the case of cancellation, the money paid for the excursion is fully refunded in a convenient way for the Agency and the Customer. If the Customer is not satisfied with the new dates of the excursions, the funds paid for the excursions shall also be fully refunded in a convenient way for the Agency and the Customer.

If the excursion is not carried out due to the fault of the Agency, the Agency will fully refund the Customer the amount spent on the purchase of the excursion. The Agency is not financially responsible for possible financial expenses related to the disruption of the trip or any of its parts (booking hotels, tickets, photo sessions, private trips, etc.) made through other than the Agency.

If the Customer fails to show up at the time and place indicated on the voucher, the amount spent on the trip shall not be refunded.

The Client is entitled to stop the purchase process at any stage before making the payment and return to the previous page by pressing the buttons “Add more excursions”, “Cancel” or “Back”.
